Rabbi Trust and section 409(a) questions

IRC section 409(a) and how do they interact with a Rabbi Trust? Conditions in which a Rabbi trust can be moved or dissolved? Should/Can they move to a Qualified IRA or would it be better to stay in a Non-qualified account?
